Want to know more?

I’ve got you. 👇🏽

Are you struggling to the find time for self-care?

You know it’s important, and want to make this space for yourself, but just don’t how to get started with making this a daily habit.

I get it, me too.

It’s been a tough few of years for all of us. As well as the collective trauma of Covid-19, and all the lockdowns, and returning to what we now realise (If we hadn’t been paying attention before!) is a pretty full-on life with far too little time for ourselves.

Between work, family, and - in my case - navigating life after divorce, moving house (twice!) and caring for my son who had been out of school for two years (and I’m sure you have your own personal challenges and responsibilities), where is the time for taking care of ourselves?

It’s times like this that self-care is even more important - something we need to be intentional about, and make do-able around everything else. That’s why I call myself a ‘self-care activist’ - because this doesn’t come naturally for me - or for so many of us socialised as women to put everyone else first - so caring for ourselves is an action we need to take.

There are no hour-long massages here, or full days offline walking in the forest (although if these activities bring you joy and you can, do these too!). I’m offering a simple 5-day challenge, to take care of yourself for a manageable 5 - 15 minutes a day, guided by the 5 short meditative poems from my new poetry collection.
